Terms and conditions for Rå Sushi Platform below
1. Introduction
The mobile app, website, and associated systems ("the Platform") are licensed by Heaps App ApS (“HeapsGo”) to Rå Sushi Catering, Org. nr: 889 031 662, (“the Restaurant”). These terms of use ("the Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and the Restaurant.

By creating your user profile or placing an order, you give your acceptance of the Terms.

2. The platform

The Platform lets you purchase and order goods from the Restaurant and its affiliated restaurants, take-away places, and other sales locations ("Locations"), as listed on the Platform.

The Platform also allows you to add delivery services offered by delivery partners, as listed on the Platform.

You can create a profile, receive communication, and enjoy special benefits through the Platform. The Platform serves as the Restaurant’s primary ordering and communication platform, meaning that all communication with you will take place directly with the Restaurant.

3. User profile and access to the service
Your user profile is personal, and the services and benefits associated with it cannot be redeemed by anyone other than the profile owner. You may only have one (1) user profile on the Platform.

Creating a user profile requires you to provide a username, password, and certain personal information, including your name, address, email, and phone number. You agree to ensure the accuracy and completeness of your user information.

User information on the Platform is personal. Users must ensure that their account information and similar details necessary to access the account are kept confidential and used responsibly so that they are not accessible to third parties. If you wish to delete your user account, please contact us using the contact information provided below.

The goods, benefits, and services offered on the Platform may vary over time and can be changed by the Restaurant at any time without notice, including the complete removal of the Platform's availability.

There may be limitations on the redemption of vouchers and discounts associated with the use of the Platform. The applicable terms for your benefits and vouchers will always be indicated on the Platform.

4. Payment terms
4.1 Payment terms 
By using the Platform, you guarantee that you are of legal age to enter into a binding agreement to purchase goods from the Restaurant and its Locations, that you are at least 18 years old, and that you will only use the Platform for personal use. You may not use the Platform for commercial purposes or any other purposes beyond its intended use.All prices and any fees listed on the Platform include applicable taxes, duties, and VAT.

4.2 Ordering 
You can place an order as a registered user or guest through the Platform. Once the payment method is selected, an order is created with the Restaurant.
The Restaurant and its Locations may provide you with an estimated delivery or pickup time based on busyness and information from a potential delivery partner. However, please note that such estimated times cannot be considered guarantees.
The restaurant may reject your order if they do not have the desired items in stock or if they are too busy to fulfill the order.The restaurant will notify you of the expected pickup or delivery time via the app, website, and email.

4.3 Alcohol 
You may not order alcohol if you are under 18 years old. If you are unable to provide a valid government-issued photo identification document upon request, the Restaurant can not serve or deliver the requested products. 

4.4 Payment 
When you purchase a product through the Platform, you pay the purchase price stated in the order using the relevant payment method. Your payment obligation arises when you place an order through the Platform. You fulfill your payment obligation by using the available online payment method on the Platform. Once you have paid the purchase price, you have fulfilled your payment obligation. 

The payment is automatically charged to your credit card upon completion of the order. The Restaurant is entitled to reserve the amount on your credit card in connection with authorization when the order is placed. Rhe Restaurant uses PCI-certified third-party payment service providers to process payments, which will be indicated on the Platform at all times.  

If you wish, you can link your credit card to your profile through one of the Restaurant's third-party providers, making it easy for you to pay in the future. Credit card information is exchanged exclusively and confidentially between you and the Restaurant's third-party providers through secure data encryption and is not processed by the Restaurant. the Restaurant's third-party payment service providers are PCI compliant (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) approved by the authorities for handling payments.  

4.5 Order Confirmation and Receipt
An order confirmation or receipt will be sent to the user's email when the Restaurant has received the payment confirmation from the relevant payment provider.  

4.6 Pickup 
A valid receipt or order confirmation must be presented upon pickup of an order. the Restaurant keeps the order for 120 minutes (2 hours) after the selected pickup time or until closing time, after which the order is discarded without the possibility of a refund.  

4.7 Delivery 
The user can track the expected time until the item is delivered directly on the Platform. If you have any questions, the Restaurant’s customer service can be contacted to assist with any issues.

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights to the Platform and related documentation belong to HeapsGo and may not be copied, sold, distributed, or reproduced without prior written permission. Rights include copyright and associated rights, utility models, design rights, trade names, trade secrets, know-how, and any other form of registered or unregistered intellectual property right.

6. Terms and Changes
These Terms may be changed. 
You can find the current version of the Terms at rasushi.heapsgo.com. There will be no significant changes to the Terms or limitations of the user's rights without notification. If the user does not accept the Restaurant's modified Terms, they must stop using the Restaurant's Platform.

7. Disclaimer
Rhe Restaurant is not responsible for losses and damages resulting from technical errors, including breakdowns or lack of access to the Platform, lack of access to use the Platform at individual restaurants, data damage resulting from communication problems in technical systems, or failure of communication systems. 

The Restaurant is not responsible for any incorrect and missing information obtained from external sources. The Restaurant is not liable for losses and damages resulting from unauthorized access (hacking) by third parties through the Platform, your or third parties' data. The Restaurant cannot be held responsible for damages caused by viruses that may be incurred on your hardware device as a result of browsing, downloading, or similar transactions in connection with the use of the app. 

The Restaurant is not liable for matters beyond the Restaurant's control.

8. Duration and Termination
These Terms apply as a binding agreement between the Restaurant and the user as long as the user uses the Platform. The user may stop using the Platform at any time.

The Restaurant may permanently or temporarily cease offering the Platform at any time.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country where the service is delivered.

9. Complaints
Disputes arising from these Terms of Service shall be resolved by the competent courts of the country where the service is delivered. A consumer may, however, always institute proceedings in the competent court of its domicile. If you are a user domiciled in the EU, you and the Restaurant may also use the ODR platform managed by the European Commission to settle disputes. This platform can be found on. You may also refer a dispute to the consumer disputes board or other corresponding out-of-court institution in your domicile.
